White Stilton

Our White Stilton is a deliciously fresh-tasting cheese. It has a crumbly, but soft, texture and a smooth and creamy flavour.

Like our Blue Stilton, White Stilton is a Protected Designation of Origin and can only be made in one of three counties - Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire from local milk.

Our white Stilton pairs very well with fruit, and we are proud of our handcrafted Speciality White Stilton range, which blends this delicious cheese with a selection of the finest fruits.

Our speciality white Stilton range includes:

  • White Stilton with Blueberries
  • White Stilton with Cranberries

White Stilton is best eaten when young, at 3 or 4 weeks of age.

How to store
Our White Stilton and Speciality White Stilton should be stored in the fridge, and brought up to room temperature before eating.
