After a series of blind taste tests, the 3 star award is made to less than 3% of products that enter the awards – so we’re amongst excellent company.
The award judges include chefs, supermarket buyers and restaurant critics, who spend hour’s blind tasting products from all over the country. Some of the judges comments about our cheese included;

We’re bowled over by the amazing feedback. And our success wasn’t just limited to our Blue Stilton, our Blue Shropshire cheese also achieved a fantastic one star Great Taste Award. Blue Stilton now joins our Beauvale Cheese, which was awarded the prestigious 3 star award in 2015.
